Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns about health and wellness products.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general inquiries related to the health and wellness department.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest health and wellness trends, product offerings, and company promotions to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales and product development, to address customer feedback and needs.
- Promote a positive customer experience by actively listening and providing tailored solutions.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the health and wellness sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and professional approach.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A strong interest in health and wellness products and a desire to help customers improve their well-being.
