Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding home security and alarm systems through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about product features, installation processes, and troubleshooting issues.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending inquiries.
- Collaborate with technical support and installation teams to ensure customer needs are met swiftly and effectively.
- Educate customers on security best practices and the use of their security systems for maximum effectiveness.
- Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvement in product and service quality.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the home security or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain security system functionalities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
