We are currently looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Home Security & Alarm Systems Department. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for safety and security and are dedicated to providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding home security and alarm systems through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about product features, installation processes, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending inquiries.
  • Collaborate with technical support and installation teams to ensure customer needs are met swiftly and effectively.
  • Educate customers on security best practices and the use of their security systems for maximum effectiveness.
  • Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvement in product and service quality.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the home security or technology sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain security system functionalities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
