Patrique Mercier Recruitment is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Support representative to join the Real Estate Management Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with any inquiries related to their real estate needs. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth communication. If you are fluent in German and have a passion for customer service, this position is tailored for you!


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support for real estate management inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Assist clients with questions about properties, contracts, and other related services.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Guide clients through processes and provide information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure continuity in service.
  • Collaborate with the real estate team to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or real estate-related roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with team members.
  • Proficiency in customer service software or CRM tools is a plus.
