Responsibilities
- Connect with clients in Portuguese to identify their advertising goals and recommend customized digital advertising solutions.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies that align with client objectives and enhance their advertising impact.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on the latest digital advertising tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative marketing and advertising strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to deliver insightful recommendations to clients.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and feedback to continually improve service quality.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies and platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Prior experience in a consulting or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
