Pluralsight is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of their authentication service with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management.
Responsibilities: You will manage the software development lifecycle, optimize team processes, maintain high-quality code, and ensure seamless integration with IAM solutions.
Skills: Extensive experience in C#, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Postgres; knowledge of IAM solutions and cloud technologies like AWS is required.
Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years in software engineering and 3 years in Identity & Authentication, with proven leadership experience and understanding of micro-service architecture.
Location: Remote position based in the USA, with occasional travel required to the company's headquarters in Utah.
Compensation: $169700 - $209600 / Annually

The annual US base salary range for this role is $169,700 - $209,600 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
