  • Department - Medical Group Internal Medicine
  • Location - 1625 Sheridan Rd Suite 1F Wilmette, IL
  • Work Schedule - Monday Friday 8:30-5:00pm CST

 

 

Responsibilities

This Position is responsible for assisting with clinical tasks such as maintaining patient records, preparing patients and rooms for examination, assisting physicians with exams, and other clinical tasks. Tasks may include appoint scheduling, answering, and returning patient calls, and coordinating daily office activities.  This position conveys a positive image of the office and provides information as needed to ensure patients are aware of all benefits of the office.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1.     High School Diploma or equivalent required.

2.     Medical Assistant Certification.

3.     Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

4.     Minimum one year work experience in public contact job.

5.     Work experience in health care preferred.

6.     Current Phlebotomy certification or Competency required.
