Director of Strategic Partnerships (Managed IT Services)

Location: Hybrid – Orlando, FL | Type: Full-Time

We're on the hunt for a Director of Strategic Partnerships: someone who thrives on building authentic relationships, spotting big opportunities, and helping us (and our partners) grow faster, smarter, and stronger.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll work directly with our executive team to deepen relationships with our strategic partners — primarily Managed Service Providers (MSPs) — while also forging valuable new connections with technology vendors and other key players in the industry. If you love connecting the dots, building trust, and driving real business results — you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Own and expand strategic relationships with our largest MSP partners, acting as their trusted advisor and go-to resource.
  • Develop and execute a partner and vendor engagement strategy that drives retention, revenue growth, and long-term collaboration.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new partnership opportunities with both MSPs and technology vendors that align with our services and growth goals.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless experiences for partners and vendors alike.
  • Thought Leadership - speaking at industry events, conferences, and key meetings — telling our story and strengthening our network.
  • Bring the voice of the partner and vendor back into the business — helping shape services, solutions, and go-to-market strategies based on real-world feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise account management — preferably in technology consulting, MSP, or IT services industries.
  • A proven track record of building and growing high-value customer, partner, and vendor relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills — you’re equally comfortable leading executive meetings or rolling up your sleeves to solve a problem.
  • A builder’s mindset: entrepreneurial, resourceful, and energized by creating something new.
  • Ability to travel periodically to meet partners, vendors, and attend events (roughly 10–20% travel).
  • Hybrid work requirement: Must be based in the Central Florida area and able to work onsite with the team 2–3 days per week.
