  • Together we’ll provide specialist support to lead the overall management system updates, provide ongoing development and creation of reporting and analytics.

As the Management System Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall administration and effective management of QE’s Documentation System. You will continually review QE’s processes and supporting documentation hosted within the SharePoint, recommending process simplification and improvements, engaging with teams to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and resolve operational issues. In addition, you will engage with relevant stakeholders to reduce system variability and eliminate complexity, ensuring accuracy and relevance of the Management System. In addition, assisting with SharePoint configurations, permissions, monitoring system usage, identifying inconsistencies, and troubleshooting workflow errors.

You’ll have -

  • Demonstrated experience in Business Process or Quality Systems Management.
  • Proven experience in business process modelling within large multi-layered organisations, including facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and Operational Excellence.
  • Advanced technical expertise in process mapping applications such as Holocentric and Promapp.
  • Formal training in Business Process Mapping, Business Analysis, and SharePoint online (including SharePoint Administration and Development experience).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Acrobat Writer.
  • Capability to design and develop user-centric document templates, transitioning content into templates at scale with process and document owners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing experience in regulated service industries or manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of HTML/XML and image editing software.
