Technology Partner Representative

Overview

​​The Technology Partner Representative will play a key role in achieving Q-SYS Technology Partner Program growth objectives by supporting partnership enablement activities and growing the pool of Q-SYS Ecosystem integrations. The Technology Partner Representative will support the onboarding of Q-SYS Technology Partner Program members, support scoping and development cycles, drive partner management processes, and liason with Q-SYS Ecosystem Partner Marketing. 

 

Base Pay Range: 73,000 - 98,000We will be accepting applications until a final candidate is identified. The above reflects the pay range that QSC reasonably expects to pay for this role. This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location. In addition to the base salary range, QSC offers a comprehensive package including but not limited to health benefits, 401K or Roth retirement plans and generous time off.  

Responsibilities

  • ​Represent Q-SYS as the PoC for the Q-SYS Technology Partner Program (TPP) for recruitment and onboarding 
  • Present and promote TPP deliverables to prospects and candidiates
  • ​Manage the execution of TPP agreements in coordination with Legal and documentation processes
  • ​Engage Q-SYS Partner Marketing team and assist with programtic TPP marketing activities
  • ​Track progress, including coordinating the definition and reporting of KPIs relevant to the TPP
  • ​Support integration development process flow between Q-SYS TPP members, Q-SYS Developer Partner Program members, and Q-SYS Product team​ 

Qualifications

  • ​​BA/BS preferred, but not required​
  • ​​IT and/or AV industry technical certifications preferred, but not required​
  • ​​1-3 years of experience in partnership management, customer success or business development
  • ​Experience in managing go-to-market initiatives
  • Familiarity with unified communications and commercial audio-visual technologies
  • Ability to demonstrate account planning competency, ability to prioritize work and strong time management skills
  • ​Experience with project or program management
  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
  • ​Good understanding of social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) as a marketing and networking tool
  • ​Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity​
  • ​​Technical knowledge of Q-SYS ​
  • Must be programmatically oriented to scale
  • Aptitude with SalesForce and CRM tools
  • ​Proven ability to work in a cross-function environment to drive consensus and execution.​
