We’re looking for two proactive, empathetic, and fast-thinking Client Services Consultants to join a UK-based organisation supporting vulnerable individuals across residential care projects. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for service-related issues, handling real-time calls from staff, authorities, and partners. These are fully remote positions based in South Africa, operating during UK hours (Monday to Friday). One consultant will cover day shifts, and the other night shifts, providing seamless 24/7 support.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Laptop and uncapped high-speed internet connection are essential.
