We’re looking for two proactive, empathetic, and fast-thinking Client Services Consultants to join a UK-based organisation supporting vulnerable individuals across residential care projects. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for service-related issues, handling real-time calls from staff, authorities, and partners. Whether you’re resolving urgent queries or escalating sensitive incidents, your role will help ensure essential care operations run smoothly and compassionately, around the clock.
These are fully remote positions based in South Africa, operating during UK hours (Monday to Friday). One consultant will cover day shifts, and the other night shifts, providing seamless 24/7 support.

Salary: R26,000 per month

We’re looking for someone with at least one year of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the healthcare or community services sector. Exceptional communication skills and a calm demeanor under pressure are crucial. You will be expected to work UK hours, so flexibility is key.
