What you will do:
We’re looking for a Director of Revenue Growth & Lead Generation to take ownership of our client's agency’s marketing and demand generation strategies, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads while aligning marketing and sales efforts for maximum impact. As a key leader, you’ll oversee CRM management, email automation, cold and inbound lead generation, and B2B buyer journey development to create scalable growth. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring our client's marketing initiatives are executed on time and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities:
This position is open to candidates who are both based and residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
