Job Description

Candidates living in and around Atlanta, GA will be considered.

A Renaissance Consultant facilitates high-quality, onsite or remote Professional Development and consulting services to promote best practices with Renaissance solutions. A successful candidate has experience with Renaissance solutions, has utilized data to inform instruction and is an experienced facilitator of professional learning, who understands how to work with educational stakeholders. The successful candidate is available to accept virtual/remote or onsite assignments, on a regular basis throughout the year. Additionally, the expectation is to continue professional learning through internal opportunities. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Deliver professional development training on best practices for product usage
  • Coordinate professional development and technical services to the assigned district
  • Create and maintain a detailed project schedule in collaboration with the Customer Success Management Team
  • Make recommendations for 'Best Practices'
  • Work closely with key Renaissance® leaders to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with schools, district leaders, and Renaissance®
  • Hold weekly status meetings with key district leaders
  • Build awareness for the implementation
  • Deploy additional company resources as necessary
  • Work with campuses remotely and onsite (when applicable) to monitor the implementation and form recommendations for next steps
  • Identify and act on opportunities that improve or expand the districts implementation
  • Analyze data at the district and school level after each assessment period
  • Work with stakeholders to monitor the implementation and form recommendations for next steps
  • Participate in internal meetings and professional learning opportunities

Qualifications

  • Located in the greater Atlanta area
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or related field 
  • Classroom and/or administrative experience 
  • Superb consultative, facilitative and analytical skills 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, customer service and relationship building at all levels within the school system 
  • Ability to travel nationwide

Applicants with the following skills will be strongly considered 

  • Successfully implementing Renaissance Solutions (FastBridge, Star, Freckle, Lalilo, myON, Accelerated Reader and eduCLIMBER) 
  • Experience planning and delivering professional learning 
  • Early childhood education experience  
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) 
  • Experience with Dual Language Programming

Salary Range: $50-$70/hr

This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
