Job Description

An exciting opportunity to make a significant impact to accelerate one of the fastest growing power businesses. As a Marketing Manager for Renesas GaN Ecosystem product line, you will be responsible for global marketing and business development activities servicing IoT, Consumer, AI/Server/Telecom infrastructure, Industrial & Automotive applications. Product portfolio encompasses best-in-class GaN & Si power ecosystem products (controllers, drivers, SiPs, power stages) spanning from 48V to 1700V+ applications.

Key Responsibilities

Job functions would include (but not limited to):

  • Develop strong relationships with the field, sales and customers.
  • Create “easy-to-sell” collateral and competition benchmarking with a system-level focus while including power discretes and partnering with internal teams, field, and sales teams.
  • Create a strong pipeline of opportunities for broad applications in fast-growing consumer, industrial, automotive and enterprise markets.
  • Develop and maintain pricing strategies.
  • Win opportunities by partnering with internal applications & systems teams, field and sales.
  • Train field, sales, distributors and contract manufacturers on product portfolio and system benefits.
  • Develop revenue forecast and ensure revenue generation based on customer projects and ramps.
  • Research market dynamics and trends to influence new product definitions to solve key problems at customers.
  • Work across organizations to broaden the customer and application base.

Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

  • BSEE or related fields with 10+ years of experience in Strategic Marketing, Technical Marketing, Business development, or Applications or related roles.  MSEE or MBA is a plus.
  • Understanding of power supply applications and products.
  • Experience in USB, ACDC & Industrial power supply markets is a plus.
  • High energy, self-motivated and go-getter attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.  Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise and effective way.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.  Ability to work effectively with teams located in multiple offices around the world.
  • Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of successfully launching products, generating design-wins and ultimately driving revenue growth.
