Door to Door Lead Generation

We are seeking highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to become part of our canvassing & marketing team! If you are good with people, energetic, and have a positive attitude then we will teach you the necessary tools and skill sets to succeed and make more money than you thought possible.



Our Door to Door Lead Generators (Proximity Marketers) generate leads through proximity marketing/door-to-door outreach. This is a job for top-notch communicators who are just as good at listening as they are at talking.


What you will be doing:

- Travel to and from your residence to assigned neighborhoods within our Augusta territory.

- Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.

- Approaching homeowners and speaking with them about their window and patio doors

- Setting appointments for our professional sales representatives to provide demonstrations.


What we are looking for:

- Professional, outgoing & friendly personality with a strong work ethic

- Willing to walk neighborhoods, work independently, while being a part of a great team

- Assertive, self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and results orientated

- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or other related fields

- Experience working in a people facing setting is required

- Positive attitude through rejection


What we offer:

- $18 Hourly Wage + Generous Bonus program

Must be:

- Comfortable working outdoors

- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

- Comfortable working some weekend and evening shifts (40-hour work week)


We will ask for you to complete a video interview assessment as a part of our application.


How to prepare:

- You will receive an email inviting you to complete the first interview in our process.

- Set aside 15-20 minutes for the self-guided assessment that includes questions and a personality game.

- Find a quiet place to record and be camera ready.

- You will need a smart phone, tablet, or desktop computer with your camera and microphone enabled.

- You'll answer questions with 1 minute to prepare, 3 minutes to respond, and 1 opportunity to re-record.

- Share your skills and experience, and bring your personality to the interview.

- Our hiring needs are immediate, so please complete this as soon as possible to be considered.
