About the role:
The Business Development Account Executive is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and partnering with community organizations, networking groups, and associations to promote Medicare and ACA sales growth. Success will be measured based upon total membership and revenue growth, with a combination of a base salary and bonus incentives. This position can work out of either the Dayton/Miamisburg office or the Cincinnati/Blue Ash office.

• Brokerage knowledge and experience connecting with key decision makers
• Group Health Insurance and ICHRA background
• Self-directed B2C negotiator, road warrior and sales mindset
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM practices
