We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial Fueling (CF) Team at our corporate headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, fast-paced team that values strong relationships, attention to detail, and excellent service. The shift is Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (or 8:30-5:30).


What a Customer Service Rep does 


  • Serve as the main point of contact for CF customers, providing prompt, friendly support.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to fuel cards, accounts, and transactions.
  • Manage onboarding for new customers, setting up accounts, issuing cards, and sending welcome materials.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term satisfaction.
  • Generate and analyze reports on gallons dispensed, account activity, and sales leads.
  • Monitor account activity to identify and investigate suspicious behavior or fraud risks.
  • Provide after-hours customer support on a rotating schedule (5–7 days per month).
