Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to assist with the client's website search functionality, ensuring it meets the needs of their users and delivers exceptional search experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering the data requirements to allow for addressing and resolving issues with the search engine and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the search features for better usability, accuracy, and relevance. This role is perfect for a proactive, data-driven product manager who is passionate about improving user experience and solving problems related to search functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

o Analyze search behavior, trends, and metrics using tools like Adobe Analytics, search results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

o Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for search feature improvements to stakeholders.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o Work closely with search, merch, engineering, and content teams to implement solutions that address user search challenges and enhance overall usability.

o Collaborate with search and content teams to ensure search results are aligned with expectations.

3. User-Centric Focus:

o Ensure that the search feature is intuitive, easy to use, and delivers personalized results that meet users' needs.

4. Project Management:

o Set clear priorities, communicate project status, and adjust timelines as needed based on evolving requirements and challenges.


Requirements

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on search or e-commerce platforms.

· Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, merch, and content teams.

· Experience with data analysis and search-related metrics

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
