Job Description

With operations in 11 corporate countries and a presence in over 100 franchise countries, SIXT boasts a strong and expanding global footprint.

To support our continued growth, we are seeking an International Franchise Operations Manager to consult our partners in business operations and ensure alignment with our corporate identity, service standards, and internal processes.

Have you independently led projects as a Project Manager and gained international experience? If so, this dynamic role with diverse responsibilities and exciting global opportunities is the role for you.

   

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You successfully execute data-driven strategic projects that lead to productive, efficient & profitable operations
  • You support our franchise partners in the Latin American & Caribbean region through in-depth business analysis
  • You continuously monitor the performance of our franchise partners, identifying potential areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • You ensure the successful follow-up of various projects and the achievement of shared goals
  • You support our franchise partners in optimizing on-site processes, developing SIXT Service Standards, and establishing efficient internal workflows
  • You analyze customer feedback and work closely with our Quality department to continuously enhance customer satisfaction within your region
  • You onboard new franchise partners and support our fast-paced expansion

   

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Education You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or related field
  • Experience You have at least 3 years of operations experience in the tourism or service industry with international presence preferred
  • Technical Proficiency You have superb account management skills, business development expertise, analytic, pragmatic, and can manage projects independently while driving plans to successful completion
  • Soft Skills You have strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, thrive in diverse teams, and exude confidence and excitement
  • Language You excel in professional communication and are multilingual, Must be bilingual English and Spanish; French is a plus
  • Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks   
  • Travel You are flexible and willing to travel domestically and internationally
