Jste odhodláni zlepšovat kvalitu a koordinovat projekty na globální úrovni? Na pozici PROJEKTOVÝ INŽENÝR KVALITY se stanete klíčovým členem našeho týmu, který se zaměřuje na zajištění hladkého přenosu produktů a procesů mezi našimi závody napříč Evropou. Budete úzce spolupracovat s Regionálním manažerem kvality a různými týmy napříč organizací, koordinovat činnosti v oblasti kvality, analyzovat klíčové metriky a implementovat osvědčené postupy pro zlepšení našich globálních operací.

Jaké jsou požadavky?

  • Vzdělání: Min SŠ, v oblasti strojírenství, řízení kvality nebo příbuzném technickém oboru.
  • Zkušenosti: relevantní praxe na technických nebo kvalitativně orientovaných pozicích, ideálně ve velkých organizacích s více lokalitami. Zkušenosti se zaváděním nových procesů a produktů výhodou.
  • Znalost řízení kvality: Orientace v procesech QMS, normách ISO 9001 a nástrojích řízení kvality (např. kontrolní plány, Kaizen, PPAP, FMEA, analýza příčin a systém nápravných opatření).
  • Analytické schopnosti: Zkušenosti s vizualizací dat a analytickými nástroji, jako jsou Microsoft Excel a Power BI, samostatnost.
  • Komunikační a prezentační schopnosti: efektivní komunikace napříč odděleními firmy.
  • Občasné cestování v rámci globálních projektů.
  • Zkušenost s řízením projektů výhodou.
  • Denní komunikace v anglickém jazyce (B2).

Vaše úkoly:

  • Participace na implementaci nových procesů a transfery stávajících procesů v rámci Evropy.
  • Spolupráce s dalšími odděleními na aktivitách zaměřených na kvalitu při zavádění nových produktů a procesů, abyste zajistili shodu a kvalitu od samého začátku.
  • Nepřetržité zlepšování: Identifikace a realizace projektů na zvýšení kvality a standardů na globální úrovni.
  • Globální dopad: Práce na transformačních projektech s dlouhodobým vlivem na naše globální operace.
