Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and implement machining processes to improve engine cost, quality, and production rate.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and design engineers to ensure robust processes.
- Implement design for manufacturing (DFM) updates.
- Drive machining processes toward statistically controlled environments.
- Oversee full circle machining process including fixture design and CAM programming.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics
- Master's degree preferred in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering
