Multilingual Customer Service Specialist - German/English (& Italian/French)

StockX is an innovative tech company that connects buyers and sellers in the consumer goods market. We seek a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist to support our European clientele.

Skills

  • Bilingual in German & English or multilingual with Italian/French
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle various contact types including Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Situational awareness to identify and escalate urgent matters

Responsibilities

  • Handling all customer service needs and support for European customers
  • Taking ownership of individual customer queries from start to finish
  • Managing the order fulfilment process
  • Listening and responding to customer needs and concerns
  • Researching answers or solutions as needed
  • Resolving customer queries and updating system accounts accordingly
  • Recording details of customer conversations and actions taken
  • Working to improve customer service by monitoring support communications
  • Supporting other areas of the business as required

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
