Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of professional experience in sales operations or related field, with preferred experience in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Location: Remote, with a focus on candidates located in Denton, TX, US. Limited travel may be required.
Compensation: $60000 - $85000 / Annually

Position Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a critical role focused on supporting the sales team in reaching maximum sales productivity to promote the Teaching Strategies ecosystem and new business performance. Sales Operations works closely with the Sales team to develop and expand net new opportunities while providing quality experiences for our customers.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and creative strategic partner. This person will focus on collaborating with Sales team members to provide scalable and measurable processes related to selling our solutions. As a main support to our Sales team, this individual is expected to work effectively with team members and support multiple different projects.
This role requires strong communication skills and refined execution, so we are looking for a candidate eager to experiment, explore new tactics, and continually improve our ability to understand the needs of the sales team and our customers.
