Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and enrollment in a Graduate program at UofA
Candidate must maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate degree programs in Higher Education Administration or Public Administration.
Undergraduate involvement in community engagement programming, event coordination, student activities and student organizations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization skills
Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive environment
Ability to lead and oversee others
Ability to multi-task and meet hard deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
