What will you do in this role…
- Utilize Upstream’s Telehealth platform (Raintree Connect) to provide Occupational Therapy telehealth services to patients
- Conduct virtual evaluations (and re-evaluations) to develop a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals and alter as needed
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and support (monitor patient compliance)
- Guide and instruct patients on therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Maintain accurate and updated patient documentation and records
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current or pending Georgia state licensure
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telehealth
- Cognitive therapy and outpatient hand/wrist experience preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for virtual sessions
