Following a number of years of global economic uncertainty and flux, it is more important than ever that Visa Europe manages its Credit and Settlement Risk CSR effectively. As a result, the Visa Europe CSR team, who straddle both first and second line of defence, are hiring a CSR Senior Analyst to holistically manage credit and settlement risk for both existing and new clients, and collateral management, for Visa Europe.
A fundamental function of the role will be the ability to manage a portfolio of clients, c150, and navigate difficult conversations with both internal and external stakeholders, all whilst ensuring adherence to the Global CSR framework and procedures. Internal stakeholder management will require maintaining a strong relationship and partnering with the European Account Executives, alongside the other regional CSR teams, whilst externally we are a client facing department. This role requires you to have at least some experience of credit and financial analysis for corporates and or financial institutions. However, stakeholder management is just as fundamental to this role as the credit work, and therefore candidates who are not as well versed in financial analysis will be considered if the basics are in place. You will need to use a variety of Visa systems, and proactively interpret and apply your expertise to mitigating risk while striking the appropriate risk versus reward balance.
What we expect of you, day to day
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
