As a Senior Director for the VISA CMS team, you will provide technology leadership to build the next generation of B2B Payables and Visa Commercial Solutions Hub products. You will get the opportunity to work on complex distributed systems and lead massive scale projects centered on new payment flows while collaborating with product and architecture partners. You will lead strategic projects and manage development teams aligned to business strategy and contribute to GenAI innovation across the organization especially the Agentic AI initiatives.

Essential Functions:

Understands various development methodologies and their respective best practices
Demonstrates thorough abilities as a successful team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation
Proven ability to collaborate and work horizontally throughout a complex organization
You must be a self–starter and a team player interested in joining and maintaining a collegial work environment
Excellent inter-personal and communications skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Process oriented and able to work independently with very minimal supervision
Communicate with members of the department to set project timeline and deliverables
