In this role, you will collaborate across internal Strategy, Product, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and other partners to build returns experience solutions that provide our sellers with the tools and processes to propel their businesses to the next level, and for our buyers, a best-in-class returns experience. In short, you will be the single threaded leader responsible for designing, scoping, and building capabilities that allows Walmart SFF and our sellers to grow rapidly by optimizing returns from any origin and destination across the United States and several countries.
You will relentlessly look for ways to improve seller and buyer experience by increasing our capabilities and functionality to improve returns and reduce associated cost by providing tools, recommendations and communication solutions throughout the return’s lifecycle. You will apply a general management perspective and a data driven problem-solving approach, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the business roadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with the requisite teams to put solutions in place that will achieve the product and business outcomes. You’ll apply our business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise and provide sellers a dependable solution enabling them to win on our platform. This person will be skilled at engaging and communicating with executives across multiple domains (internal and external), as well as engaging at a detailed level across program management, operations, product, and tech.
