Friendly Team On-boarding

Our Hopin team actually uses Hopin for all of our onboarding. We call it Hopin Academy. We take the time to teach you all about Hopin, how our benefits work, and make sure you're all set up. We do this by having a mix of live sessions as well as self-guided pre-recorded video sessions. We also make sure to spend some time getting to know each other through networking and fun get to know you sessions together. You'll also have training more specific to your role in the first couple of weeks. We want our new joiners to feel welcome, informed, and have some fun!

How We Stay Connected

At Hopin, we love to stay connected. Outside of our weekly AllHands meetings, we have monthly gatherings we call Connectfest where we play games, have contests, take dance classes, celebrate other cultures, and just have fun. We also use a bot on Slack to connect with randomly chosen teammates from across the globe to enjoy a cup of virtual coffee with. And sometimes we get to meet up in person. We make remote work, work!
