We are committed to making sure our members’ voices are represented by hiring people with a broad and diverse set of experiences and backgrounds.
This is a lifelong pursuit for us, and we’re nowhere near perfect, but we’re determined to be the change we want to see in the financial industry.
Hiring equitably: We have applied “Structured Interviewing” so that all candidates are evaluated equally throughout the interview process, while also remaining open to interviewing folks whose experience doesn't precisely match our job descriptions.
Tracking progress: We release internal quarterly reports and have appointed a Diversity Officer to audit our People practices annually.
Growing mindsets: We have rolled out a number of training programs to create open spaces to share, connect, and listen -- from interview training to increasing inclusion in the workplace. We're making sure everything from our employee onboarding, to performance reviews, to our promotion criteria is fair and equitable.
Building bonds: We have several employee resource groups today, and continue to encourage our employees to connect with each other through their shared experiences and form a network of community, support, and belonging.
