I have been job searching for 3 years. In the beginning, I went into my academic background and a couple of my jobs but there was no rhyme or reason to it. There was no story telling to it. After working with Amy Santee and an ADP List mentor, I use a tagline such as I am a whole-system researcher with... and then tie each part together so it flows. I t made a huge difference.
