I am an accomplished team lead/manager/problem solver with 17+ years
of user support/customer service experience.
I've worked in call centers, restaurants, the medical setting
(which, regardless of patient care and emergencies, is
absolutely still customer service), social media management, office
management, tech support, learning and development/teaching and more.
Much of my experience was gained while wearing multiple hats for one
role. I am very familiar with a multitude of virtual office platforms such as
Slack, Teams, Discord, Google Suite, Zoom, FreshDesk, HubSpot and
more, and am a creative nerd that absolutely loves educating, researching
and solving problems for others. I have expertise regarding running large,
booming social media accounts and websites, writing blogs, editing
videos etc.
I have much relevant and pertinent professional knowledge which I believe
makes me uniquely suited for multiple roles, and I believe I'd make a great
addition to any team. I am fast learning, dedicated and very proficient with
remote work. I have my own private, cozy office with a large desk that I
spend my days typing away at (while I drink a smoothie and my cats
snooze in front of the window, getting sun, of course, and at least one is
usually on my lap). I type anywhere from 90-120WPM (just depends on the
day, but I'm always fast). I have payroll/scheduling, data entry/input,
protocol writing, troubleshooting, proof reading/editing, strong attention to
detail and people skills among many others. I have worked from home for
nearly 3 years and have paid chat/email support experience as well!
