Supporting the Military Community

When my husband joined the United States Coast Guard, I found myself in a state of overwhelm as I did my best to adjust to our new life. What I didn't realize is that life as a USCG spouse is just that - one constant adjustment. I was surprised to see how few resources exist for military spouses to get quick emotional/moral support. Initially, I joined a few Coast Guard facebook groups, but found most of them focussed on relocation recommendations & logistical questions. 

I felt there was a need for a group dedicated to focusing on the spouse, their goals, and emotional wellbeing. With that thought in mind, I created the Coast Guard Spouses & Partners: Personal Growth + Support Community. This community has been a wonderful way for me to connect with other spouses and support them with uplifting messages of encouragement and free personal growth content. This facebook community currently has 357 members and continues to grow daily.
