As the Senior Director, Product – Platform and Content Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our platform, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless data interoperability across our product suite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our AI-driven capabilities, streamline user experiences, and build scalable solutions that support business growth. • Shape the Future of Our Platform
• Define and execute 3E’s platform strategy, ensuring alignment across all product lines.
• Champion the adoption of platform guiding principles to drive consistency in platform use across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Drive data interoperability, enabling seamless customer workflows across 3E products and third-party integrations.
• Lead the implementation of our AI Platform Strategy, ensuring cross-functional collaboration on AI-driven innovations.

• Lead Product Innovation
• Oversee platform content delivery frameworks, APIs, and regulatory data interoperability to enhance data accessibility and usability across the EHS, Product Stewardship, and Supply Chain ecosystem.
• Own usage adoption and governance, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement across Product, Commercial, and CX teams.
• Develop scalable, reusable UI/UX frameworks that enhance design and front-end development.
• Guide platform modernization efforts, ensuring technical scalability and regulatory compliance.

• Drive Execution & Team Performance
• Lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and UX Designers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Establish a data-driven team performance model, setting clear KPIs and ensuring measurable success.
• Ensure timely delivery of major initiatives, including Content Delivery Platforms, AI Platform Strategy, and Interoperability Roadmap.
• Proactively address performance gaps through structured coaching and continuous development.

• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Develop and implement a collaboration model that drives engagement between Platform, Engineering, and Business Lines.
• Align platform investments with business growth and product differentiation strategies.
• Work closely with Engineering leadership to integrate platform architecture, UX Design, API development, and interoperability initiatives.
• Advocate for platform capabilities, ensuring cross-functional teams (Commercial, CX, Product, and Engineering) effectively leverage platform solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, engineering or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Product Management with deep experience in SaaS platforms, APIs, data interoperability, or content delivery solutions.  Proven expertise in managing content delivery across multiple web-based platforms, including integrating products to ensure seamless user experiences and scalability.
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing product teams, including driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration across UX, Product, and Engineering. Proven ability to define and deliver company-wide platform strategies with broad organizational impact, while hiring, coaching, and mentoring diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven expertise in managing content delivery across multiple web-based platforms, including integrating products to ensure seamless user experiences and scalability.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in SaaS, including usage analytics, automation, and predictive intelligence.
• Expertise in SCRUM and Agile methodologies, driving iterative product development and execution.
• Strategic Thinking: Translate high-level platform vision into actionable execution plans with clear KPIs.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Strong stakeholder engagement skills to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage usage analytics, performance metrics, and customer insights to shape platform development.
• Execution & Ownership: Proactive leadership in driving projects forward, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Change Management & Process Optimization: Ability to develop and implement scalable platform governance structures across the organization.
• This role includes occasional travel, typically less than 25%

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $170,000-$190,000 per year. The final offer will depend on several factors, including the successful candidate’s skills, depth of work experience, location, and relevant licenses/ qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations.

In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
