Responsibilities
- Continuously explore the AI startup ecosystem and emerging technologies.
- Conduct deep dives into new AI tools, frameworks, libraries, and platforms.
- Analyze trends and developments in AI and machine learning (ML) that can enhance internal automation and external product offerings.
- Work closely with product teams to generate ideas for AI features and enhancements in new apps and games.
- Explore how AI can be used to personalize user experiences, improve game mechanics, or optimize app functionalities.
- Support prototyping and development of AI models for apps and games, focusing on performance, scalability, and innovation.
- Identify opportunities for automation within internal workflows, processes, and systems.
- Develop proof-of-concept automation models, leveraging AI and machine learning to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into existing business operations.
- Work alongside senior AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers to refine ideas and translate research into actionable solutions.
- Keep up to date with the latest AI research papers, case studies, and best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh, innovative ideas for AI projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or research (internships, academic projects, or personal projects count).
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and AI methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with AI toolkits or libraries related to computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes) is a bonus.
- Ability to independently research AI tools, startups, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate the impact of new AI technologies on internal operations and product development.
