Abacus Insights is a mission-driven company transforming healthcare data to improve patient outcomes and lower costs. They seek a Technical Customer Success Manager to support Medicaid clients, bridging product implementation and support, managing deliverables, and ensuring customer success.

Skills

Experience with Medicaid data (T-MSIS), medical claims, clinical data sets
Strong client relationship management and communication skills
Problem solving and multitasking abilities
SQL, data visualization, and analytical skills
Requirements gathering and documentation
Project management using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
Ability to train users and manage escalations

Responsibilities

Analyze and solve data-related issues especially with Medicaid (T-MSIS) data sets
Manage strong client relationships promoting loyalty and transparency
Document customer business needs with a technical perspective
Communicate client needs across internal teams
Manage client deliverables, including enhancement requests, QA, and UAT
Coordinate client support tickets and report metrics and trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement client projects
Manage change requests and develop high-level requirements
Promote product value and upsell services
Train clients on product capabilities
Identify and implement process improvements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, healthcare administration, or equivalent experience
