This role allows for remote work across the U.S.. Therefore, in states and cities that require the hourly or salary compensation or pay range to be included in a job posting, the recruiting pay range for this position is $25.70-$27.50 an hour. Join Abercrombie & Fitch Co. as an Agent of Asset Protection in the vibrant East Bay, CA area! In this role, you'll be the key player in safeguarding our stores, implementing innovative initiatives to reduce shrinkage across multiple locations. Partnering closely with local store management, you'll align strategies to meet our Asset Protection objectives and help create a secure shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will involve training store associates on crucial safety and crisis management protocols, performing operational audits to ensure compliance, and fostering open communication about security practices. Your detective work will shine as you actively monitor store operations, investigate incidents of dishonesty, and leverage technology like CCTV to deter theft. Additionally, you will collaborate with local law enforcement on matters related to Organized Retail Crime. We’re looking for someone with a solid background in Asset Protection or retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
