Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid - SPANISH SPEAKING

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Above & Beyond Therapy, you will conduct intake evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise the progress of your team of behavior technicians. You'll be instrumental in providing caring support to families, ensuring they fully grasp assessment results and recommended treatments. Additionally, BCBAs are responsible for graphing data, modifying strategies to ensure client progress, and continuously engaging in professional development through collaboration with colleagues.

To be considered for the BCBA position at Above & Beyond Therapy, candidates must hold a valid BCBA certificate and possess experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. A reliable vehicle for travel between assignments and a valid driver's license are also required. Paid bi-weekly, this compensation reflects our commitment to valuing the expertise BCBAs bring to our team and ensuring that they are rewarded for their hard work and dedication to providing exceptional care to clients.
