Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC Project Manager. The role involves managing HVAC projects (from $25,000 to $1.5 million) sold by others, ensuring they meet customer schedules and quality expectations while achieving company goals. This position requires strong leadership, excellent project management skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
· Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on or under budget.
· Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
· Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
· Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
· Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle with management support and assistance as needed.
· Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
· Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
· Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality assurance.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC project management.
· Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· PMP certification is a plus.
