Job Description

Within the Group Global Communication department, you will work with the Engagement & Internal Communication team to coordinate transversal projects at a global level.  

You will be involved in various projects, particularly focusing on: 

  • Community Management: Build the editorial calendar and community management of our internal social network on Viva Engage: content creation, posting, animation. 

  • Support on the employee advocacy program: Content curation, trainings to organize, engage with members of the program.

  • Corporate events: Handle end-to-end management of an internal event series, dedicated to facilitate informal interactions between a COMEX member and a small group of employees. You will also assist with other corporate events and may have the opportunity participate in larger gatherings, like the General Assembly. 

  • Content creation: Assist in the development of communication assets, including writing agency briefs, creating visuals on Canva, and drafting editorial content and guidelines. 

By participating in these diverse projects, you will gain valuable experience in corporate communications, event management, and employee engagement strategies, all while working alongside a dynamic team committed to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

    Qualifications

    Background 

    • Level of Education: Master / MBA - Bac + 4/5 / Final year of business school 
    • First experience/significant internship in a corporate organization / communication agency 
    • Area of study: Communication, business school 
    • Languages: French and English (fluent) 

    Required skills 

    • Excellent Writing and Communication Skills : Ability to articulate ideas clearly  
    • Rigorous and Detail-Oriented : Strong anticipation and adaptability skills. 
    • Good Presentation Skills : Capable of presenting ideas clearly and persuasively. 
    • Proactive and Autonomous : Self-starter who can work independently. 
    • Strong interest and curiosity in the field of Communication 
    • Team Player 
    • Interest or Experience in Hospitality

    • Location: Accor Corporate Headquarters at Issy les Moulineaux, Tour Sequana
