HIRING IMMEDIATELY: INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN LAFAYETTE, INAccurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client in Lafayette, IN. This individual will be responsible for maintaining machines and building repair, as well as problem resolutions and time management. The ideal candidate will possess a variety of relevant skills, such as TIG/Stick welding experience and a mechanical aptitude. Apply online and kick-start your career today!Pay, Schedule, and Location• Starting at $24 to $25/hour, paid weekly• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision• 1st shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM + OT | 2nd Shift : 3:00 PM - Midnight + OT• Located in Lafayette, INDuties and Responsibilities• Setting up machines for various products• Trouble-shooting hydraulics, electrical and pneumatics• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment• Repair, rebuild and welding• Lubrication, hand truck repair• Building repair and maintenance• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes that occur on the production line• Other duties assigned by the supervisorRequirements and Qualifications• Mechanical background• Welding-Tig/Stick skills/experience• Read blueprints (electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic)• Plumbing skills (water, air and hydraulic)• Ammonia Refrigeration knowledge• Time management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities• Strong team player• Communication skills: ability to communicate with a multitude of plant personnel as well as maintenance personnel• The ability to work at heights up to 25’ a ladder or man lift• Must be motivated and willing to learn new tasks• The ability to work weekends is necessary—--(Salary range based on experience)—--ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
