Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for OutSystems applications
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans
- Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools
- Perform both manual and automated testing of OutSystems applications
- Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing methodologies
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in QA automation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation
- Proficiency in Playwright test automation framework
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for test script development
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with performance testing tools
- Experience in automation in the Outsystems ecosystem
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Translation Management Systems (e.g. Phrase, XTM, SDL Trados Studio, Translate5)
- Experience with implementation of AI solutions into QA processes
