**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

Responsibilities:

  • Working with regional partners in administering Security Cooperation activities.
  • Planning and implementing DoD SC programs.
  • Supporting international programs, foreign military sales, or SC programs.
  • Executing and supporting defense training and education activities.
  • Executing and supporting strategic defense cooperation initiatives.
  • Conducting assessment, monitoring and evaluation activities.
  • Drafting professional documents including white papers, briefings, reports, etc.
  • Coordinating, planning, and facilitating interagency-attended and international events.

  • Bachelor’s degree in international affairs, political science, national security, resource management or finance, or other field directly related to the position requirements.  Master’s or Doctor’s degree in political science, intelligence, foreign or international relations, national security studies, resource management or finance is highly preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Working with regional partners in administering SC activities.
    • Planning and implementing DoD SC programs.
    • Supporting international programs, foreign military sales, or SC programs.
    • Executing and supporting defense training and education activities.
    • Executing and supporting strategic defense cooperation initiatives.
    • Conducting assessment, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of the following fields:
    • Regional security issues or international SC.
    • Legislative, financial, and programmatic guidelines and policies that drive U.S. Government’s SC efforts.
    • Managing complex programs.
    • Drafting professional documents including white papers, briefings, reports, etc.
    • Coordinating, planning, and facilitating interagency-attended and international events.
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with an in-scope, fully adjudicated SSBI AND SCI Eligible is required.
