At ActiveCampaign, the AE team manages and closes deals through a combination of inbound pipeline and their own self-sourcing and outbound activity. Our ideal team member will be a high-performing consultative seller who has a history of achieving sales quotas in a performance-driven organization (SaaS preferred). Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a pipeline from qualification to close, generating new business through proactive outreach, and communicating our innovative product offerings. At ActiveCampaign, we value exceeding monthly goals for activity, pipeline, and revenue while working collaboratively with a passionate team. With a solid background in quota-carrying roles, preferably within the SaaS realm, you will bring proven consultative sales skills to the table. We encourage a self-motivated attitude where personal growth is at the forefront. Plus, we offer a competitive salary range of $30 - $35.10 per hour, translating to an annualized compensation of $62,000 - $73,000, complemented by various bonuses and incentives.
