Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. At ActiveCampaign, the AE team manages and closes deals through a combination of inbound pipeline and their own self-sourcing and outbound activity. Our ideal team member will be a high-performing consultative seller who has a history of achieving sales quotas in a performance-driven organization (SaaS preferred). What your day could consist of:
  • Managing a pipeline of active deals from qualification to close
  • Generating new opportunities through outbound activity 
  • Learning and communicating ActiveCampaign's product offerings to prospects and customers with a consultative approach
  • Exceeding activity, pipeline and revenue goals monthly
  • Consulting with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs
  • Conducting demos and/or discovery calls and successfully managing all phases of the selling process


What we're looking for:
  • 1-3 years of quota-carrying experience, preferably in a SaaS solution-selling environment
  • Knowledge of the email marketing/marketing automation space is preferred
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals
  • Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
  • Highly coachable, eager to learn and grow


$30 - $35.10 an hour
This base hourly range is equivalent to an annualized base compensation range of $62,000-73,000, assuming you worked a full-time schedule for the entire year (2080 hours). Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base rate only and do not include bonus, equity, sales incentives or other role specific compensation that the role may be eligible for. ActiveCampaign believes in and is committed to equitable compensation practices. The salary range provided above is a good faith estimate of the pay range determined by the location associated with the job posting. The actual salary depends on a candidate’s skills, experience, and work location.
