Data Client Support Analyst

Addepar is a global data and technology company focused on providing investment professionals with precise guidance to better serve their clients. They are seeking a Data Client Support Analyst to join their team, who will work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve data-related issues and improve client experience.

Skills

Strong understanding of capital markets, portfolio accounting, and CRM
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with MS Suite, Salesforce, Atlassian, SQL, Databricks, Bloomberg or similar financial software
Attention to detail and self-motivation
Ability to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

Address client inquiries related to portfolio data feeds and product functionalities within SLAs
Manage requests from internal data teams requiring client engagement to resolve data verification issues
Investigate and triage client-reported bugs and data processing problems with Engineering and Product teams
Collaborate with Account Managers and Solutions Architects to manage data escalations and ensure positive client outcomes
Participate in cross-organizational projects to improve processes and support new product functionality

Education

Relevant education or equivalent experience in financial investment or advisory fields
