Responsibilities
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $68,637.22 and $124,230.14. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility. As the Associate Dean, you'll have the incredible opportunity to lead our online BSN faculty, ensuring our curriculum is fresh, relevant, and designed to yield excellent student outcomes. Your role will encompass guiding faculty recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance evaluations—because at Chamberlain, we believe that effective educators shape the future of nursing. You’ll also take charge of analyzing our academic program's effectiveness and collaborating with our national teams to keep everything aligned with our standards of excellence. Plus, you’ll champion student success—monitoring retention and graduation rates, NCLEX pass rates, and student satisfaction levels. To be successful in this position, you'll need a Master's degree in nursing (or even better, a doctorate), and a solid background in nursing education, particularly at the Bachelor level. Your strong leadership skills will be crucial as you mentor faculty and work closely with our clinical coordination teams.
