As a *Registered Nurse Hospice Administrator*, you will play a vital role in leading our hospice services, ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care in their final stages of life. In this position, you will oversee the clinical operations of our hospice program, guiding a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a compassionate environment, developing care plans that honor the individual needs and wishes of our patients, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Your key responsibilities will include:*
  • Leading interdisciplinary team meetings to facilitate patient-centered care.
  • Coordinating clinical practices to improve patient outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Mentoring and supporting nursing staff to enhance their professional growth and development.
  • Developing and implementing patient care policies and procedures.
  • Managing patient assessments and care plans to meet the needs of individuals and their families.
  • Maintaining communication with families and healthcare partners to address any concerns.
To excel as a Registered Nurse Hospice Administrator at AdvisaCare, you will need the following qualifications:
  • *Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse License*
  • *Minimum of 2 years experience in hospice or palliative care*
  • *Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred*
  • Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with changing needs
