Title: Software Engineer

Clearance: Secret

Location: Colorado Springs, CO


Overview: Agile Defense is looking for a Software Engineer to support our contract with TSA Vetting Credentialing Service also known as Big Cred. The Engineer will provide design, development, and testing support expertise working in an Agile environment to implement a prioritized list of essential functions.  


Clearance:
  • US Citizenship required
  • Secret Clearance required


Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Responsible for design and implementation of enhancements to the integration tier for a national scale security system. 
  • Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases.
  • Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing, and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management.
  • Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.


Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two (3) years of experience in IBM DataPower Administration
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with IBM MQ
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Business Process Management or Business Process Orchestration


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Java development for federal government
  • Experience in Agile environment
  • Experience in large scale delivery
  • Able to work flexible schedule/weekends if needed
