Associate, Marketing Strategy & Operations - Bellevue

Bellevue-based roles have an in office schedule of Monday-Wednesday in office.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the range of strategic and operational questions for our GTM leadership globally.
  • Develop performance tracking frameworks and insights to report to C-suite & GTM leadership.
  • Frame & automatize weekly reporting dashboards for the GTM leadership team, collaborating cross-functionally with our Marketing Operations, and Data & Systems teams
  • Optimize Marketing Tech Stack


Qualifications:
  • You have 3+ years of experience with a proven track record in revenue or business operations in a tech or SaaS environment. Direct experience in Marketing Operations and a background in strategy consulting or in investment banking a strong plus.
  • You are analytical and data-driven, you master analytical tools or you learn fast (e.g., Looker, SQL, Salesforce reports)
  • You are not afraid to get your hands dirty (e.g., doing analysis/ looking for data by yourself on a daily basis)
  • You are able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. You have solid prioritization skills, and you like defending your choices towards seasoned executives
  • You have a solid business sense and a good ability to take a step-back on analysis to drive insights
  • You are a results-driven, analytical yet empathic leader
  • You always shoot for excellence
  • You are enthusiastic, reliable and fun: people enjoy working with you and trust you


$140,000 - $180,000 a year
This is not including a 10 percent bonus, equity, and other benefits, and the actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
