Forward Deployed Engineer

Aisera is focused on developing cutting-edge AI Agents leveraging Large Language Models and AI Agent systems to solve practical customer challenges. They seek a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy and optimize AI agents in real-world environments, working closely with customers and engineering teams.

Skills

Proficiency in Python programming with clean and efficient coding practices.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including hands-on experience with large language models and prompt engineering.
Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and DevOps practices including CI/CD and containerization.
Expertise in integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
Use data-driven approaches such as A/B testing and performance monitoring to optimize AI solutions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using Aisera's AI platform and tools.
Integrate AI agents with external systems including APIs, databases, and CRMs.
Optimize agent performance through prompt fine-tuning and troubleshooting in enterprise settings.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI Agent solutions.
Conduct demos and present proof-of-concepts, collect feedback and refine solutions iteratively.
Define project milestones, create implementation plans, and coordinate execution to ensure timely delivery.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers on AI agent adoption and best practices.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
