Alarm.com is a leading cloud-based platform in smart security and IoT, seeking a Product Operations Manager II – International to support global launch and operations of video surveillance products. This role requires collaboration across product, engineering, sales, and operations to drive success in international markets.

Skills

Strong organizational and detail orientation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication across regions.
Ability to work with globally distributed teams and across time zones.
Experience with hardware product lifecycles, SKUs, and certifications is a plus.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage international market feedback for video hardware with cross-functional teams.
Track regulatory certifications progress for hardware by region.
Plan and coordinate international country launches and beta deployments.
Support international SKU management, labels, packaging, and firmware configurations.
Gather and prioritize international software/firmware feature requests.
Diagnose and triage international-specific product issues.
Maintain cross-team alignment between product and international go-to-market teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
Business degrees accepted if paired with strong technical experience or focus.
